Room was disgusting. The sheets were old and wouldn’t stay hooked on the corner of the bed and the mattress underneath was a Petri dish of filth. So nasty. We were in room 210. So gross. Stains upon stains upon stains. Breakfast was pretty lame.

The room had ants, from the living room to the bathroom to the bedroom. Also, the bathroom sink doesn’t drain correctly either. I wish I would’ve spent my money elsewhere.

I traveled 10+ hours by vehicle to be told that the hotel does not take pets. Other Country Inn & Suites accepts small pets. The manager is terrible and unwilling to compromise yet they would charge a $125 for a pet if a guest "sneaks one in". Totally ridiculous. I had to pay for a room that I did not use. ALL of the surrounding hotels accepts pets for a fee. I had to go to the Holiday Inn Express in Rantoul which was a better deal after reading the other reviews about the Country Inn and Suites location being bed bug infected. I will never book this location ever again.
