Awful! Do not stay here. Dirty. Unsafe. Price gouging. Six times the regular rate For momâs weekend. Bugs in the room. Dirty sheets. Its a motel not a hotel. All of the rooms have doors to the outside.
Beyond disgusting. Wish I had looked before I slept on it. Went to take a shower and all the towels were stained and smelled moldy. Skipped the shower.
It was cheap and the bed was comfortable. The shower and sink were also nice and seemed to be updated. The doors, both bathroom and main, had issues closing which was slightly annoying. Breakfast was very limited and the food was stale. Staff was very friendly. Good experience for the cheap price overall. Met expectations.
Condition of property was very poor. Room was very sketchy. Lots of vehicle noise until late evening as itâs on a busy road. Bed was ok but had horrible small pillows. I have never seen anything like them.
Unfortunately the beds in the room we occupied had many bedbugs or mites. I have videos and photos... I made this claim because my wife suffers from lupus, a blood condition that can cause her to contract a disease since these little animals feed on the blood of different people, causing illness. I made my claim at the hotel offices and they told me that they were going to return my money, which they have not done to this day, but I am determined to make extreme decisions because they did not care about my wife's condition, I imagine with the people and children who use their rooms.
Just terrible! Check in was a joke. Charged a deposit that was more than the cost of the room and was not brought to light before reserving the room or after. The man at the front desk was difficult to understand. There was no bedding for the pull out and there was mouse feces all over the pull out.Tried adding a photo but would not let me.
I wouldnât recommend this property. The one plus was no carpeting, Iâm not sure I have anything else particularly positive to say. The bed was fine and the linens seemed clean, but we called right after arrival asking for an extra blanket and some more towels, got a confirmation that the request was sent to housekeeping and never got either. They are clearly doing some updates but whoever theyâre using to do them should be fired. I wonât go into detail about the shoddy work, but it was ridiculous. The other huge issue was that there was no hot water in the shower. None. Turned on the water, it got mildly luke warm then once in it went from there to cold. It was because the new shower control didnât allow you to turn it past barely warm. We got a âfamilyâ room and there is no door between the two rooms. The door to the bathroom hadnât been painted, it was filthy, the door didnât really fit so they shaved some off and it was so rough weâd catch our clothes on it because the space is so tight you have to be a contortionist to get around the toilet so you can shut the bathroom door. There was a huge, full sized refrigerator in the room and a tiny microwave that was sitting on the nightstand on the other side of the bed in the main room. No table to sit at to eat, no hangers or even a small closet. Whoever they hired to paint should refund them their money. Itâs like they gave us a room that was BEING remodeled, badly, not one that was finished.
The room was filthy and reeked of smoke. The carpet had stains and there were flies in the room. It was disgusting! There were several barking dogs in rooms next to our room. We were told the hotel is smoke free and pet free. We did not end up staying and were told we cannot get a refund. I never received a return call from the manager and I called several times. Perhaps Expedia can assist me with getting a refund.
