Had a great stay. Room was extra clean, it smelled of bleach when I first got there, but I just opened a window and let it air out. Easy check in and very nice staff!

Hotel bathroom in our room did not appear to be clean and there was possibly used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Hotel in general seemed to be run down and needs some upgrades in general.

Waited for 20 minutes for attendant to check me in at 1 am after driving all day. I rang the bell, called, didn’t speed it up. Once the guy got there he was not friendly. Also the lights in my room did not work.

I checked into a king suite and the bathroom walls and adjoining throne room door jamb were bespeckled in brown bits of an unknown substance. It was all over. Now, the most generous interpretation here is bad: they clearly do not clean the rooms very thoroughly. It does not take much effort for the imagination to explain brown spatter on the walls of a bathroom. Hotels should be CLEANED thoroughly as a critical priority in my mind. To the hotel’s credit, they immediately moved me to another room without any hesitation. The new room was visibly cleaner. Who knows if they actually scour and deep clean the rooms, though. The pullout bed had stained sheets and blankets. I still didn’t feel comfortable with my family in the hotel. We checked out early, and Expedia helped communicate with the hotel for a refund of the remaining time.

Disappointed

For the price--very disappointed. Probably one of the noisest hotels we've stayed in. Doors slamming, people talking loudly at 3AM in hallways. Rooms had a disgustingly fowl odor. Washcloths smelled soured or had previous body odor. Sign in bathroom stated towels and washcloths changed daily--did not happen. Bedframes were metal. Everytime you accidently kicked it, extra noise. Not the hotel we remembered in the 1990s.
