On the ground floor, two steps lead outside to a lovely 12 m² entrance hall with a relaxation area, followed by a large living room with a dining area, sofas, TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. You'll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, one bedroom with a 160x190 cm bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity. A separate toilet is also located on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed and a desk. There is a shower room with a shower and toilet, as well as a mezzanine with games and books.

A beautiful private swimming pool, open from June to September and heated to a maximum of 27°C upon request (weather permitting), measures 8 x 4 m, is 1.50 m deep, uses salt water, and is secured by a roller shutter. A toilet and solar shower are also available. Garden furniture (enclosed 2000m²), parasol, barbecue.

Just 400 meters from the cottage, you can enjoy the outdoor communal games, tennis courts, football pitch, skate park, free-use fitness equipment, and children's playground.
The greenway (for walking, cycling, rollerblading, etc.) is 800 meters away, and fishing is also possible 800 meters from the cottage. The Périgueux Golf Course is 2 km away.
On-site at the cottage, there is a secure 20A 3kW electrical outlet for charging your vehicle upon request.
