I’m very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I requested housekeeping, but no cleaning was done at all, even after waiting the entire day. When I approached the front desk to address the issue, the staff did not help and showed no urgency or concern. Basic service like cleaning a room shouldn’t be a struggle, and the lack of response from the front desk made the situation even more frustrating. I expected much better and would not stay here again.

Air conditioning did not work in our $200/night room. They were completely booked and could not offer anything besides a fan and 1/2 refund. We checked out and were told we’d get a call confirming the refund… No call. Horrible experience

The room was very clean and the staff very courteous. The only problem we had was a fire pit that was outside of our window in which there were people that stayed up and were very loud. We finally had to call the front desk at 2 o’clock in the morning.

The pool and hot tub were not operational during our entire stay, which was not optimal as I booked for the pool and hot tub. There was also two weddings which we were not made aware of prior to our stay.
