The people make the property!!!! As it was the first time I was there, the employees treated everyone like family. The did everything they could to accommodate and they made themselves available to guests who had questions or concerns.

Staff was exceptional. Autumn at the front desk was smiling, happy and very professional, after a long drive she was a gem to deal with. The gentleman handling the breakfast was friendly and very attentive to make sure the food items were kept filled and tables clean. The room needed work. First room we found shower curtain pulled completely out of the wall and laying on the floor. Second room was ok but it needed some freshening up. TV initially didn’t work but Autumn was able to fix it for us. Bed was very soft. Overall the facility was good for one night but I would not choose to stay there for more than that.

Greatly in need of an update - tired furnishings past their prime. Cons - bed creaked and wasn't firm, noisy fan in bathroom, thin walls, could hear phone conversation in next room, sparse furnishings - only the office chair to sit on, no other chair or couch, shower curtain rod barely attached, breakfast was subpar, cigarette smoke permeated the entryway, no wastecan in the bathroom,

I always have a comfortable stay at Country Inn and suites, but i must say they really do need to.replace the old worn out carpet in their hallways. It really takes away from the ambience of the place.

Horrible place to stay

Best thing they can do with this place is shut it down and set it on fire so the local fire cadets can have a place to practice fire fighting. Place had horrible smell. The first room I recieved the furniture was literally turned upside down, every single piece of it. The front desk attendant seemed like it's just normal for the place. He stated "this place is not a good place to stay, it probably had bugs in it."

My point of view

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel carpets looks as if they had NEVER been cleaned. The linens on the beds appeared clean, as well as the bathroom facilities. The overall appearance was just dingy. The breakfast bar was very nice. It was pet friendly which is a plus for me. My stay was comfortable and I felt safe during my entire stay, but it definitely needs a fresh coat of paint and new carpet throughout.

This is a very nice property, very clean!! Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us!! There were even fresh and warm cookies when we arrived!!

Horrid treatment

You gave our reservation away that was paid for, with reservation insurance and we was not notified. We found out at 1 am that we had no place to stay. I and my family have stayed here several times with no issues until now. We won’t stay here again and will definitely warn others of this situation.

Everybody employed there treated customers with the utmost respect! Clearly the employees have worked to gether for a while and they work together well! They really were like a family and I would suggest anyone traveling east or west to stop there for at least a night!

I will say upfront the staff were excellent, but you can only do so much. We checked into our first room and the toilet wasn’t working and was at near flood stage. We were assigned a different room in which both tvs didn’t work, it was impossible to turn off some of the lights (remedied this by unscrewing bulbs) The cabinet door that goes by the fridge was odd its hinges and stashed in a corner. The before mentioned lights had had their on off switches removed. While clean, place was very run down and falling apart. If it hadn’t already been so late I probably would have requested a different room. It we definitely NOT worth the money nor what I’d expect from a Country Inn & Suites

Check-in was awesome, super friendly clerk. Room smelled horrible and the AC didn’t work. Refused to accommodate us, had to purchase 2 separate rooms because no one planned to sleep on a pull out which they deemed the same as a bed. Evening clerk in the middle of my complaint said, “Well my shift just ended so that’s not my problem.”
