Staff were very friendly. The room was pretty clean, spacious, and comfy. We found a couple ants in the bed and shower. The AC unit in the room was really loud.

The charges for parking and there was not enough parking for the guest staying for the evening. I was called the day of check up an hour after check out was due EVEN though I checked out at the front desk prior to check out hours. The staff did not have their ducks in a row to say the least!

Reserved here because of advertised airport shuttle - Assumed that this service was available at all times that airlines are delivering passengers Flight is delayed, therefore arrival will be later than the scheduled 10:04. Was informed that the shuttle service stops at 11:00, thus I am on the hook for a $40? minimum cab or Uber fare. And, since this surprise was sprung on me the last minute, no refunds on a room that promised a shuttle and fails to provide one. Never again!

Public have access to the hotel lobby and bar area. Therefore there are a lot of people that are coming and going from the hotel that are not staying there. This location needs an update as the decor has been the same for 10 years. Manager and front desk staff Michelle were extremely rude and condescending. Renee at the bar was wonderful.
This is the cart that your provided to place your personal items to bring them up to your room. Very dirty.
