Loved the charm but modern touches inside like the kitchen and shower. Also loved the parking spot. Location is great. Easy to get around from there. We enjoyed our time there.
have taken photos: 1) of the Cobb webs 2) Video of the worst dust I have ever seen floating around in any establishment. 3) Video proof that the oven vent is not hooked up. 4) Photos of the Kitchen chair underside lining is hanging down 5) I can see right through the closed entry door into the apartment because the original lock was pried open so many times in the distant past. 6) Eight of the 9 windows are painted shut 7) Photos of 2 feet of paint falling off bathroom entry door 8) the Louvres in the bathroom are painted shut. 9) The air conditioner in the bedroom vent insides are filthy. 10) Slider sides of the air-conditioner looks like a D minus install. 11) There's a hole in the kitchen floor under the table about 2 inches long 12) The shears in the living area and bedroom are shredded 13) The one window that opens has a lock that doesnt lock. 14) A lightbulb in the kitchen lighting track is out.15) tripped on the board sticking out of the kitchen floor entry from the bathroom at least 10 times. WHATS GOOD: Bed, Newish furniture, Kitchen amenities, location to King St. and bus.
This unit is in the ideal location for your Charleston visit. Close to everything but far enough away for peace and quiet. The Unit is perfect and very unique. Highly recommend it !!!
Weâd stay here againâŠ..everything was a breeze. From booking to parking to checking in to relaxing on the porch! It was so great to have a dedicated parking spot. King Street is a short walk away where you will find no shortage of amazing food and drinks! We did love Fuel Cantina for dinner one night, that was only a few blocks away. The bed and linens were great and the coffee was a much appreciated touch!
