This place could use updating. Mattresses were old and worn, your choice was the 'hole' that was there. There was no escaping it. Our sheets had holes in them and the bathmat was worn with a seam missing. This made the mat look tattered. I'm loyal to Hampton Inn,but will never stay at this one again.

First room had one outlet in the bathroom over a toilet. That was not going to work. Room 106. The property attendant was kind enough to get us another room with king bed, and had outlets for dryer and hair rollers. We took it, but then I needed to put the toilet seat down and it was covered with urine, I touch it with bare hands. I was upset, l calmed myself down and cleaned the toilet myself. I was very surprised cause usually your properties are in top shape.

We enjoyed the the room with the kitchette was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast everyday.The lobby was beautiful. People from your management team were there daily talking with your clients they were very friendly and offered to help in anyway they could. This breakfast has longer hours unlike other hotels. This allowed us time to wake up without being rushed to breakfast. The bed was very comfortable the sofa and the chair were not. We tried to watch a movie but the sofa really was so uncomfortable we had to go into the bedroom to finish the movie. There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom that did not work we mentioned it to the front desk and they explained that it was controlled by the wall switch. That was not the issue, the switch did not work. The temperature outside was cool so we really got along fine without the fan. Hopefully it will be fixed before it is needed in the future.

The location is great, walkable to shopping and restaurants. The lobby is very welcoming, was cutely decorated for fall. Carrie was thoughtful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
