A/C is dated in would not go below 70 degrees most of the time. One mattress would sink so I took that one and let wife and daughter take the other. Partial refund should be provided with these basic necessities I was charged for.

The place was fine. I found the people at the bar and smoking outside were a bit scary. There was a woman with a gun hanging around outside. That made me nervous. And some of the people at the bar at night were just not my crowd. A little rough around the edges. Staff at the hotel were great and the place was clean. I just didn’t feel safe part of the time.

Was not able to check in. Arrived at 3pm no staff at counter waited 25 minutes and still staff was not available. As I was leaving 2 employees are entering, I asked what was happening and was informed that they were having a break and to come back in a hour. I expect to be refunded for the charge ! If I do not receive the refund I’m prepared to take legal action.

Pay for Parking

We were a bit upset that we had to pay to park at the hotel. It wasn't the amount ($10.00 for 2 days), but not knowing we had to pay. I believe that should be included in the cost. I had gone through Hotels.com, and I didn't realize that there was a huge charge for breakfast. $12 for a cold buffet or $16 for a hot meal. Quite an expense when there were 3 of us. The room was clean and the front desk receptionist were very friendly and helpful. There wasn't any coffee or ice water sitting out for guests.
