A very poor hotel, there was no coffee making facility in our room, we asked but were informed it was too much trouble for one evening. Then at breakfast there was no hot food available apparently they started cooking more when I mentioned it. Why aren't the staff monitoring the supply and topping up and not waiting until you runout The staff at breakfast were very rude, not a very good experience. I use Holiday Inn Express alot in the United Kingdom, but this is my first experience of Holiday Inn Express over in the USA and it wasnt a very experience.I'm afraid. Very poor..

Breakfast was great! I was initially pretty skeptical about the hotel, but it ended up being one of the best sleeps I have had in a very long time!! The bed was outstanding- bed, sheets, pillows, all of it- amazing! AC worked great! Rooms could use some updating, but overall, super nice. The staff were all super friendly as well!

From the walkup to the room everything was modern and clean. Comfortable beds and a steady HVAC system. I like to run the fan in the "on" mode and this one lulled me to sleep. Staff was super helpful in a southern relaxed pace. Definitely a repeat stay for our next trip.
