Hotel welcoming of bridge runners. Left out snacks and goodie bags for us. Convenient location to catch the bus for the bridge run. Great location to shopping and food. Easy to get downtown. Had a full size refrigerator and freezer which was awesome! Large microwave. Very clean. Will be back.

The property appeared fine and clean, however my stay was ruined when I realized the bites that showed up on my arms and legs were from bed bugs! This ruined my two day getaway since I had to spend a lot of time and effort cleaning my packed clothes and my luggage so that I didn’t bring an infestation of bed bugs to my home.

They need to have all the room doors updated to soft close….every morning people were slamming doors as early as 6am while others try to get some sleep.

The room was nice and clean, so I guess the housekeeping staff know what they are doing, which is more than can be said for the front desk staff. Our check-in was not processed correctly, so we got a phone call at 1am from the front desk trying to figure out who was in the room. Never even got a "sorry to bother you" or "we are sorry that that happened. "
