I think that the whole management of this hotel was rude and didn’t concerned about my well-being. I did not stay the two days I book ‘ We were in an We were in a relationship and it wasn’t Had an emergency and I will pay for two days. They could have offered some type of refund to accommodate my situation that occur, but they didn’t, very rude. What do you think?

Breakfast was the best! Always stayed full of options. The staff was so nice and wonderful! I wish there was a hot tub, but other than that we had a great stay! There was homeless down the street and even caught one looking in cars but it was a good location otherwise.

Check in was a nightmare, waited 45 minutes because a hockeys teams rooms were not ready due to laundry. Room was so noisy, outdated, only one elevator, no WiFi ( lied to many times that IT was working on it ). We left a day early and the mgr never asked why. Just a sad situation
