I couldn't be happier. Was looking for a house that wasn't crazy expensive to visit my stepdaughter for the weekend. It was pet friendly so I could bring my 2 dogs to see my stepdaughter. Had a little fenced in yard so they could run around. It was really clean and could tell it was nicely remodeled. 5 stars
The written instructions for access to the property were very confusing and contradictory. I ended up unintentionally trespassing on another adjacent property whose occupants had dogs barking at my dogs in the dark at nighttime when it was difficult to see. Very unsettling and frightening for everyone involved! The accommodations were charming and most inviting. The furniture and bed were very comfortable! There was no toaster which the host's staff provided after I had to make separate requests! The additional electric space heater provided by the host was very nice and much needed. This little "cottage" is very nice, but the home across the street from it is very sketchy. Also, there is no garage parking as falsely advertised.
We had difficulty entering the property when we arrived on a rainy dark night with no outside light on and the top dead bolt locked, the combo was not enough for us to enter. However the Your Pad staff was responsive and gave us the combination for a separate lock box to access a key.Enjoyed our stay
It was a great place to stay! Unfortunately the leg on the couch is broken, the location wasnt as good as i had hoped. The house had a musky smell. Overall it was good, clean, bed was comfortable! Could use some improvements but nothing major!
Loved the location of this property in James Island - quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and 15 min drive to downtown Charleston. We really enjoyed the space and felt like we had plenty of space for the two of us to not feel crowded. Great amenities provided and parking space was perfect size for our rental car!
