Our check-in was 3 pm and we were unable to check in until 5 pm. Exterior of property had weeds in landscape beds, broken concrete curbing and the handrail was broken. Inside the property; the sofa had broken springs and sagged making it very uncomfortable. The back deck needs pressure washing and you look at an old block building covered in poison oak and the sliding glass door will not lock, you must place a PVC pipe in the door track. The dishwasher is broken and filled with food residue and growing mold and the stench was horrific. The refrigerator/freezer; ice maker does not work and we had to go buy ice and the water dispenser in the door was barely a trickle. The Keurig coffee maker did not work either. One of the upstairs bedroom bed is so sunken in the middle there is no way someone could sleep in that bed. The primary bedroom shower bench has broken tile and the shower would not quit dripping. Also, my Husband, replaced the ceiling light bulbs in the upstairs hall bath and tightened all 3 toilet seats with pliers as they slid when you sit down on them. I think the Owner or Manager of this property might want to do a physical inspection before renting out again to other guests. We traveled over 600 miles on May 3, 2026 to wait in our vehicle for over 2 hours to check in and be welcomed with all of the above mentioned. We were meeting my Sister there for the Memorial service for our Mother, didn’t need more disappointment.
