This was a great stay. Check out bad bunnies for breakfast and veggie bin across the street if you want a small local grocer.

This is a really nice quiet place and it looks just like the pictures. The unit was built new in 2019. If you want an old renovation model, they one next door. We like modern buildings.Our Host Fiona was wonderful. She responds quickly and takes care of issues immediately. We had a small problem with the icemaker and Fiona had Brandon respond the following morning.The place was clean to include all towels and linens. They include extra pillows, blankets etc.The kitchen was stocked well with everything you need to cook and serve drinks and dinner.We found an Aldi and Walmart 10-15min drive away. There is a Great place, 3 min walk, 211 Rutledge you gotta try. Awesome 4-7pm happy hour.LoLa’s for 24 doz oysters. King Street was .3 miles.Nice secure off street parking for our LX570.One large TV, we always bring our own firestick with our apps. Best way to go if you watch TV.The area is very safe but we are older and not night life peeps.We highly recommend this place.

Booking and Host communication was excellent. Listing did not say property was up stairs. We had to carry our suitcases up a flight of stairs. As seniors this was difficult. Would not have booked if this was previously known. Had some problems unit. Housekeepers had not emptied the kitchen trash, a dirty bath towel was left in a bathroom, freezer did not make ice and was iced over, kitchen sink nozzle only did spray and not stream water, and hall toilet would not refill tank w water several times. We had to add water several times to tank. Hospitality staff was very responsible be to get housekeeping back and to defrost the freezer and to deliver us ice. This unit is not 5 star. Maintenance issues.

Charleston visit.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood seems to be on the upswing with numerous small trendy restaurants. It is very close to the upper King Street bar scene, but a distance from the City market and historic district. We made good use of the free downtown bus system.

Perfect location for a girls’ weekend in Charleston!

A group of girlfriends and I had an amazing stay here! The property was clean, had plenty of space for the four of us, and was in a great location for walking to restaurants, nightlife, and historic attractions. Would definitely stay again!
