This was a wonderful place for our quick overnight stay. It was just what we needed and was in walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shopping. Florian was very accommodating and we really appreciated his hospitality.

The rental was very cute, and it was in a great location. A walkable distance to downtown and to the College of Charleston area. We felt safe walking through the neighborhood at night with all interactions with locals being very cordial.

Little home in Charleston

Home was as advertised. Property manager took care of all of those details: plenty of towels, soap shampoo, some snacks. House was clean and functional. Mattresses were comfy and parking was easy and free! Desks for laptops. The only real negatives: house does need some exterior work/ paint/ cleaning back yard. The interior was well maintained, The area was a mixed bag—definitely transitional and i was not comfortable to walk around the neighborhood due to some apparent vagrancy. I would still consider this home again but with that caveat in mind.

Quiet Neighborhood - Great Location

The big windows and doors to the street can be intimidating, but the neighborhood is actually very quiet and very conveniently located. We walked to the visitor center and took the free bus around town. The VRBO was clean (but no handsoap in the bathroom - empty). I would recommend having a guidebook or where to find everything. The towels were hidden but we found them. Everything else we needed was there and hospitality snacks and drinks were provided. Overall, very pleased and Florian was very responsive. THANK YOU!

Fantastic!

The unit was exactly as described, and suited us perfectly. We had wonderful communication from the host, and were easily able to get around Charleston. The parking space was real plus. We are looking forward to our next trip there!

Very nice inside the house, not a good location if you want to walk

The house was very nice and very clean. The owners go above and beyond making sure everything is available for your travel. The only part that we did not enjoy was the constant presence of not feeling safe when we walked to our car. We walked to King street once, and did not feel safe, so we had to Uber the reamaining times. There were 2 arrests that were made, on two separate occasions, when we were trying to leave the house on the corner of block. Again, the inside of the house was clean and well stocked, just make sure you are aware of your surroundings when you go outside.

Clean and convenient

Clean and comfortable property that accomodated our family of five. Everything we needed was provided and we were able to walk to various places. The neighborhood is still up and coming, but did not feel unsafe. We would return to this property again. Thank you!

Great location and comfort

Close to all the attractions; residential neighborhood; easy check in/out. Very clean. Wonderful common area in the apartment to hang out at night and chat or play games with family.

Wedding weekend

Great location, and as a very special bonus there is a driveway!! The neighborhood is a little “transitional”, but it doesn’t feel dangerous. Quiet at night even with some late night student neighbors. This was the perfect place to stay for the weekend.

The place was great..beautiful Could use: few bottles of water to just get started, regular coffee maker( although Nespresso worked great), regular creamers and a microwave. We are used to bringing leftovers home and reheating, or if purchase food to eat, a microwave cones in handy.

Great location

Love this house! Great big Relaxing area and two bedrooms. Perfect for my daughter and me to visit Charleston. We could walk to meeting Street and King Street very easily. Everything has been updated. A cute trendy place! We will stay here again!

Location was perfect

We came for a quick father daughter trip to Charleston and found Florian’s rental to be the perfect location. I was worried about foot traffic with one of the bedrooms so close to the street. However, it didn’t seem to be an issue aside from Saturday night with a group a girls standing directly in front of the window of said bedroom. My only suggestion would be to have some blackout shades for the door in the front bedroom. The street lights are mighty bright. I would definitely recommend and look forward to future trips.
