Good Review

Breakfast was less fresh food. No waffles. We were charged $6for the bagles wee picked up as we left brkfst area. It appeared on my bill when paying for room. The tv remotte was missing from room. And vould not get reply on phone at 8pm. So waited to get a remote when we went to brkfst. Otherwise a great stay while Dr appt T Bon Secours. Hsve further appt on. Nov 3 at Roper downtoen for surgery

Front desk lady on the morning we checked out (Oct 11) was incredibly rude. When I was checking out it took her a minute to put down her phone so that I could ask for a printed receipt. She then snarled at me with a raised eye brow and curled lip. It caught me off guard but quickly realized she wanted my room number. She then quickly printed my receipt and handed it to me without ever saying a word.

Day staff was friendly. When we arrived back at the property in the evening, I had questions for the front desk. There was no staff around, then I noticed a staff member/front desk associate playing pool at the pool table with other guests. I stood there for awhile seeing if I would be acknowledged. Afterwards I gave up and went upstairs. I then called the front desk, no answer. Little frustrating for the lack of service.
