Enjoy this preferred harborside walkout condo at the Edgewater Inn—perfectly situated for a relaxing Northern Michigan getaway. This unique one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is the only condo of its kind at Edgewater, featuring a king-sized bed, a two-person whirlpool tub, a cozy gas fireplace, and a kitchen island. A queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations for guests.

The open-concept living space includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a four-burner stovetop, microwave, and mini fridge ideal for preparing meals during your stay. Dining is easy with seating for up to five guests between the kitchen table and island.

The inviting living room offers comfortable seating for four, centered around a warm gas fireplace that adds both comfort and ambiance. The sectional sofa also converts into an extra bed for added flexibility.

Step outside onto your private walkout deck, where you can relax and watch boats glide in and out of Round Lake. From here, you can easily access the Edgewater boat slips or take a short stroll to downtown Charlevoix’s shops, restaurants, beaches, and local attractions.

Great location and clean property. Everything was as advertised. The only unusual aspect was an interior window facing an interior hallway which served no purpose as the blinds had to be closed all the time, but the blinds weren’t sufficient to shut out the rising sun. Otherwise, all good. Can’t beat the location on the water.

Perfect place for get away!

Property location, size, cleanliness and modern interior made this a great place to stay! Easy to walk to parks, restaurants and shopping. We did the mushroom house tour, golfed and enjoyed the complex hot tub and sauna. The fireplace made the October stay evenings Cozy.

Great location

The location was great. Close to shopping, restaurants and a bonus that the farmers market was available! The furnishings are very nice. It was very clean. Plenty of pillows and blankets as well as bath towels. The bathroom had some issues. The tile on the tub and the jacuzzi jets had mold. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. I wish I had known the jacuzzi tub was so big. Not meant for “seniors”as it was difficult to maneuver in and out of with the height of it. We arrived after the office was closed and had no idea what building we were in or how to locate the unit. Thankfully there were other renters that we asked for direction. It was confusing as they all agreed. We totally enjoyed Charlevoix. Quite a beautiful and charming town!

We enjoyed the cute condo and all the amenities and loved all the activity in the harbor! It was wonderful to be able to walk for food, shopping and the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Charlevoix at the Edgewater Inn!!

Could not have been more convenient for a Charlevoix long weekend in July

Lovely spot with a view. We watched the Beaver Island ferries and boats large and small come and go from the marina. We barely moved the car during our 4-day stay. Restaurants, bars, and shops were all an easy walk. Croissants and coffee from the French bakery across the bridge became a morning habit. We even used the pool a few times. Interiors were updated and in good condition. Loved the ground floor access to the marina. Patio was perfect for morning coffee and sunset evenings.

Great Location

Right on Round Lake near the bridge. Easy walk to many good restaurants and stores. Only time we had to use the car was for a day trip to Petoskey. Front row view of the water front, docks, boats, and waterfowl. 😊

Quite with a great view

Quite with a great view of the harbor. All boats going out to and coming in to lake Michigan pass right in front of our room Fantastic housekeeping service. Will stay here again.
