The house was very nice and clean. It was also very child friendly. My children enjoyed the outdoor playground equipment as well as patio toy box. The house was cozy and exactly what was described. We will definitely be back, when we travel for work again.

Rodolfo was a great host - kind and very responsive.The house was absolutely spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Our stay was very comfortable, the house was spacious for our group of 7. Very charming place and we’d be happy to stay here again.

House was nice on the inside but there were a few things that made us not give it a 5 star such as the dishwasher rack was broken, minimal cleaning supplies available, towels with stains on them, and the yard was very over grown and not safe for children. The sliding glass door only locked sometimes. There was no trampoline as pictured. I also did not get my lock code until I asked for it when I was at the property. We would stay again, but there needs to be some updates made.

Wonderful home for family

Lovely home for family with large fenced back yard and nice sized bedrooms. Comfortable home and nice quiet neighborhood. Close to airport, planes fly overhead but it wasn't very loud at all in the house.

Loved this place!

We booked this house for a girls weekend in Charlotte and it was wonderful! Plenty of space for our group and it was so well taken care of. The location was great to head downtown while still being peaceful and laid back. Rodolfo was a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had throughout the process. I would definitely stay here again!

This is my home away from home when I visit charlotte. This is my second stay here and I love the location, space, and cleanliness of the property. There was a huge storm that knocked out the internet while we were there. However, the host was very attentive and even came out to try to reset it himself. 5 stars again

The most amazing stay ever in charlotte

This is by far the most cozy home that I have used in all of my rental experiences. The host was very attentive and responsive. The home was very welcoming. The home sits on a quiet street within a nice area not too far from downtown. The rooms were very spacious, and the floor plan worked perfectly for my family. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and showers had great water pressure. My favorite features of the home were the screened in porch, the den, and the kitchen area. I would love for this home to be our go to home whenever we’re traveling back to charlotte to visit our family members. The home is very accurate to the pictures, however the energy of the home isn’t in the pictures. The energy within the home was very peaceful and positive upon entering and along with us during our stay. This is well worth it

Chistmas 2023

A couple neices, and nephews came by to visit Christmas day. The air hocky, and trampoline were a big hit with them. Comfy, clean, and quiet. Close to the airport and the Mcaddenville Christmas lights. Hope to get this next year! Btw. Took a minute to find the disposall button. Lol

Charlotte Trip for Panthers Game

This was a great place with a surprising amount of space inside. There are three bedrooms but also a good sized family room and office/study. Our family had plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved the air hockey table! The porch is cute and was nice to have coffee on on the morning. Kitchen was stocked with basic essentials, house was clean and felt very welcoming. It was great for what we needed! Would recommend to others staying in the area!

Fantastic Thanksgiving Holiday

We had a lovely time staying at this home while hosting Thanksgiving dinner in Charlotte. The home has amble space and a perfect layout for us having kids (under 4), as the living room could be separated with a baby gate brought from home. The location was perfect, offering convenience and easy access to nearby attractions. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere of the house. It was evident that the host takes great care in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The house felt like a home away from home, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout our stay. One aspect that truly stood out was the excellent communication with the host. They were prompt, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring that all my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Their attentiveness made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The highlight of the stay was the abundance of space both inside and outside the house. The backyard was spacious and well-maintained, providing a perfect area for our kids to play. They absolutely loved the trampoline and swing set, which kept them entertained for hours while we prepared a feast. Additionally, the game table in the living room was a great addition, offering fun activities for the whole family.

Family visit for a wedding

Our stay was great. We were pleased to see the house look exactly like the photos. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our 8 member family to enjoy and be rest comfortably. Our 5 and 6 year old enjoyed the outdoor entertainment...Side Note: the grass was a little high upon arrival but we reached out to Rodolfo and he immediately sent someone over to take care of it. Rodolfo was very responsive and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this home.

Very serene place close to downtown. We did not have electricity in half the property, when we first arrived, but it was very quickly resolved (little less than a day) and ultimately a minor issue. I woukd stay here again.

Casa Blanca - Perfection

Our stay at Casa Blanca was amazing! The house location can't be beat, minutes from the white water facility and downtown Charlotte. Comfortable living spaces, wonderful screened in back porch, and a great fenced in backyard! Rodolfo was am excellent host with great communication throughout our stay. We can't wait for our next stay at Casa Blanca!
