Wonderful property with so many amenities including fishing poles, a fire pit, kayaks, paddle boards, games, shuffle board, projector with surround sound, nice outdoor seating, fully stocked kitchen with many pans, spices, all the things. Love the grill attached to a perm propane line. EXTREMELY responsive hosts that were super helpful and got back to us right away with anything we asked of them. Our whole family had a great time. So much to do around the house as well. Very quiet and peaceful on the property itself.

This beautiful house is so well stocked and prepared for your arrival! We really appreciated the wine and waters and snacks! Most of the cabinets and light switches are labeled and it’s just so easy to feel at home! The game room downstairs was a hit with the younger group, the projecter screen was amazing and the detailed directions on how to operate everything made it all so simple! Everything you could need to cook is truly provided and it made meals at the house so enjoyable. Being able to all sit together at the large table was also a treat! The driveway is very steep and the house behind a hill below road level was a bit of a surprise but all the steps/terrain were really not that bad and the entire home is just so architecturally interesting! The homeowners were extremely responsive to any issue or question we had. This end of the lake was not busy at all on the week days and we were shocked to be able to have our kids tube and ski with very little concern of other boaters. It was a great stay in a great house with great property owners!

Wonderful family vacation!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful home on the lake! Our party of 10 had plenty of space to spread out and the huge table allowed us all to sit down together for meals which was so nice. Wayne & Dana have really thought of everything with this rental, it’s obvious they put a lot of thought and care into making your stay the best! They were so great to communicate with as well. We loved sitting out on the back deck and the game room was a big hit with our sons and their girlfriends as well. Our only complaint is that we wish our vacation time was longer, the week just went too fast. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful property!

This was such a great house to host our group of 10! We were all impressed by how beautiful the house is, even better than the pictures! So much space and lots of light. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We spent most of the time by the water - so nice! Driveway is very steep but property is extremely well kept. Would recommend to anyone!

Our stay on the lake

This home was all and more for our family getaway for relatives wedding. We enjoyed all the amenities they had, the paddle boards were a fav for our grown kids, we had a campfire one evening, our kids enjoyed the game room, the house was beautiful, beds very comfy, well stocked for anything we needed. The hosts were great people to talk to about anything. We hated to leave the quiet and peaceful lake.

A wonderful lake getaway

My friends and I had a wonderful trip to the lake house! Dana and Wayne have spared no detail with this property. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of entertainment options (games, etc) for those lazy indoor days. The bedrooms/beds are all very comfortable. The house is impeccably clean. Wonderful Lake Getaway!

My family stayed in this lovely home for a cozy 55th birthday celebration for my husband. We wanted to do something lowkey where we could relax, and spend quiet time with close family. This location and house was an excellent choice for us. We had everything we needed for our stay on site. The kids loved the game area and we enjoyed making s’mores at the firepit at night. The communication with the owners was great as well! Checked in and made sure we had what we needed. I would definitely stay here again and Loved the home so much. My youngest daughter was sad to leave. Thank you for the hospitality!

Annual Cousins Weekend

We hosted our annual cousin weekend. The location was perfect! The pictures didn't do the home justice as the in person experiecne was top tier. It was perfect for our weekend. It was 12 of us in the group and all 12 of us were impressed with the home. Dana responded quickly to any questions and gave very detailed information the day of our arrival. The home offered everything you possibly needed from cooking seasoning, utensils, water, and some snacks. The plus was the 2 kitchens. I highly recommend this home and we definitely look forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful, great for family celebrations

So the place is even more beautiful than the pictures communicate. it's also on a stunningly beautiful piece of property. Let's get the stairs out of the way to begin with, as they've been much talked about: Anyone with a reasonable level of fitness is going to manage them just fine; if you have folks with canes or walkers you'll need a different space. They were not a problem for anyone in our family (7 of us age 20 - 57). The 2 kitchens made cooking our Thanksgiving meal an absolute pleasure. The abundance of board games and other games (like shuffleboard, cards, foosball and darts) kept our kids entertained throughout the entire stay! Communication from the owner was best in class! The beds were supremely comfortable. The bathrooms are immaculate and the master bath is a study in luxury. Truly a chef's kitchen with roaster pans, soup pots, every size frying pan, wok, appliances, platters, wine and martini glasses, even copper mugs for moscow mules. A whole set of plastic dishwear for littles. Great neighborhood. Thirteen minutes from an awesome grocery store (which was shocking given how remote and secluded the property feels!) Great back deck where we all stood and talked and watched the stars one night. So beautiful. Pristine laundry room with full size machines. Sadly the lake was unusually low (drought) during our visit, so we did not get to take the kayaks out, but we're planning to come back in the summer. Perfect family memory-making space. Book it!!! :)

Best Girls Trip Ever

My 6 friends and I had the absolute best time here. We spent a Thursday-Sunday here and enjoyed every second of it. Dana is an amazing host with great communication and great instruction on check in and check out process. We enjoyed our nights by the fire and just hanging out in the beautiful backyard! We woke up every morning well rested in the super comfy beds. If I’m ever in the area again I will be staying here!

Great place for a family gathering

The pictures of this place certainly don't fully convey the beauty of this house - especially the shared areas. The owners had certainly focused on ensuring there were plenty of activities supported no matter the interest of each individual: Darts, video games, shuffleboard, foosball, board games (the redneck one is great), books, kayaks, paddle boards, and the list goes on. On the practical side, there wasn't anything they didn't have covered when we arrived. Coffee makers - both types, crock pots, openers, toaster, cookware: all the stuff that 2 full kitchens would hold. Garbage bags, laundry detergent, starter paper towels, hand soap and other nice little personal touches like some light snacks & water also provided. We had a family of 12 with a couple of people with some mobility challenges. Although the steep incline that this house is built on absolutely makes it the scenic environment it is, we did need to setup a couple of chairs along the pathway down to the dock in particular to allow those individuals to take a break. It's a little steeper than any pictures will show. The parking area also sits above the house - roughly level with the roof line, then a bit of a decent. That one is slightly easier with the wide steps and not as long of a distance. On the other hand, several us living in flat land areas loved the workout. The driveway is a bit narrow with that same type of drop. Picturesque Easy check in with programmed lock and plenty of instructions.
