3200 sf zu hause in charlotte (steel creek area). 15 min von Uptown Charlotte! 2 Meilen von der I-485 Blockhaus, aber sehr hochwertig. 3 BR 3. 5 Bad. Beachten Sie, dass die Bilder 1 Jahr alt sind und die Hausdekoration abgeschlossen wurde, um bald aktualisierte Fotos zu erhalten. +++, ANMERKUNG - AM 8. AUGUST 2019 wechselte ich von Sofortbuchung zu "24-Stunden-Buchung", weil ich zu bestimmen versuche, ob ich vom 15. September bis Oktober, November usw. genug Buchungen fĂŒr VRBO erhalten kann. "VS" bekommt Monatsmieter von
Mitte september bis spĂ€t frĂŒhling 2020. Ich wĂŒrde gerne die VRBO-Route bis zum Herbst fahren, aber die Buchungen sind zu gering. Ich muss zu einem Monatsmieter wechseln. Wenn Sie interessiert sind, kontaktieren Sie mich bitte +++++

    Unten ist eine große Höhle mit einer Reihe von Fernsehern an der Wand. und Bar mit KĂŒchenzeile. Draußen ist Deck und Terrasse unten. Sitzt auf 1. 2 Morgen.,. Neues großes Dock fĂŒr Unterhaltung. (obwohl der Bootslift besetzt ist, aber an der Seite parken kann) Haus ist voll möbliert. Das Haus ist nur 2 Meilen von 485 an der Ausfahrt 4 entfernt, so dass Sie bequem in alle anderen Stadtteile von Charlotte gelangen. Das MBR ist ein King-Bett, ein Queen-Size-Bett und das 3. BR verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 2 SÄTZE Doppelkojen.(4 SchlafplĂ€tze) Harthölzer durchgehend. berewick einkaufszentrum und viele restaurants 1 meile entfernt ps mir wurde gesagt, dass sofortige buchung klug ist, also habe ich es "an", aber wenn ich direkt nach der buchung mit ihnen sprechen kann, wĂ€re das großartig. ich muss mich erst an diese airbnb- und vrbo-methode gewöhnen, werde es aber mit der zeit tun.

Something for everyone

We had an amazing week. Bill has a great sense of humor and does not over or under communicate. The home is set back and we had a lot of privacy. There was something for everyone and we even ditched the plans to do Carowinds and whitewater facility to stay at the house. We enjoyed basketball, fishing, pickleball, card games, kayaking, smores on the firetable, grilling each night, the hot tub, and more! Everyone wants to go back. The sunsets were amazing. The house is close to outlets, grocery store, and some great breakfast spots.

All of the reviews are so accurate this place is AMAZING. I honestly don’t think the pictures on the listing do this place justice and the price is so reasonable. The front yard is huge and has a pickleball court/basketball setup, giant yard for activities, fire pit, lots of space for parking. Backyard is a steep hill overlooking the lake with amazing views and a ton of space for groups to eat outside. Great dock that is easy to get a rental boat to and from with ease. The outdoor furniture is definitely on its last leg but that’s the only knock for this place. Bill is a great host. Super laid back and very communicative. Seriously if you’re weighing options just go ahead and choose this place. One of the best stays I’ve had at a VRBO.

Lovely Lake House

This is our second stay at Sawmill and it’s our absolute favorite place to be away from home. The pictures do not do this home justice. It’s beautiful and so cozy. Just Wow!

The photos don’t do this property justice! Everything was absolutely beautiful and the space is MUCH larger than it appears in the photos. We were a group of 10 from ages 2 to 70 and there was ample room for everyone. The setting is gorgeous with an awesome back deck and dock. The owner has lots of activities there for every age group to enjoy. The owner was also fantastic, quick to answer any questions we had. The location is great, lots of amenities and activities close by. Only 30 mins to downtown Charlotte but feel like you’re a lifetime away. We have stayed in many VRBOs and so often you get there and there is literally one roll of toilet paper and one dishwashing tan, Bill has the placed pretty stocked, we of course used what we had packed but it was a nice change to see that we wouldn’t have run out of toilet paper our first day there if we hadn’t! Also plenty of blankets for those cold nights! Book this cabin, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed this spot for some year-end quiet time and planning. This is a combo mountain cabin/ lake house. Fun decor with bears and rustic wooden beams you'd see in a cabin, but truly beautiful views and all the fun of lake house activities... Plus all that Charlotte offers close by? Perfect! Host was easy to reach. It was just two of us this stay, but it's definitely laid out for families or a group of friends. Good combo of space and privacy.

Beautiful Lake-house with fantastic fishing!

My husband, four children, and I needed somewhere to get away for a weekend before I went back to work. We found this gorgeous house and ended up getting to stay! My two oldest boys caught their first fish on real hooks (little blue gills) and my husband ended up hooking a monster! A 41 inch long flathead catfish! The home was beautiful and checking in and checking out was super simple. The owner was very helpful and had a great sense of humor! We hope to visit again in the future! Thank you!

Great quite getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Three couples everyone had their own room and bath. Our daughter lives close by and was able to bring her pontoon boat up to our dock. Close to everything. Harris Tetter, Outback Steakhouse and many more restaurants. Shanes Barbecue had great peach cobbler which you can take to go. We loved sitting out on the many decks. The view was beautiful.
