This is an awesome place to stay. Hosts were amazing and this is not a house you are renting it is a home. All the comforts you could ever want or need and the location is so beautiful. Having stayed at another place nearby it did not compare to this one. If you are staying in the Lake Norman vicinity this is the most amazing place to stay hands down. We will be coming back.

We couldn’t recommend this home enough! From booking to checkout, everything was wonderful. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. She even ordered a crockpot for the house, so we could enjoy game day! The house was well-maintained, very clean, with comfortable furniture and a well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

The home is immaculate and stocked with so many necessities that I didn't even have to bring all of the items I did. I wasn't sure what they would have there for our stay but they had back up toiletries if we needed them, spices for cooking, small appliances (so glad they had a blender), food storage items like foil and plastic wrap, and so much more. They had tons of games to play if you wanted to, and a smart TV with all the apps you could want. On top of all that, the home was well decorated with taste, and by a person who had a clear understanding of interior design. The private dock was great, and the grounds were stunning. Tons of birds, fish jumping out of the water, geese, and wonderful shade trees. We will be back.

We loved it as soon as we walked in! Very clean and bright. The lake view was beautiful and quiet. Nice deck and dock. We used the fiepit also. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was perfect size for my group. Having the covered dock was our favorite area. Being able to dive into 16 feet of water in your backyard was special. We rented a boat and it was delivered to the dock. Quiet, peaceful, with lots of bird species to observe. We all loved it, thanks Greg.

Lovely Home and Peaceful Stay

We loved this home! Perfect for a memorial weekend stay with friends. This home has everything you could need and is just minutes from Publix. Memorable, relaxing stay

We had a fantastic time. The house had absolutely everything we needed and a backyard to spend memorable time in. The house was super clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the kayaks, learned paddle bording (or tried), caught big fish right from the deck, cooked smores at the fire, and watched the boys play solo in the water while the sun set. Home away from home

We did a sisters’ weekend at Gregg’s property and it was marvelous. Owner was quick to respond to all questions, beds were very comfortable and house was spotless. We have several in the group who have allergies and the home was clean and pet free and smoke free. We used the kayaks on hand and it was fun to paddle in the calm lake. Location is very convenient near a lot of shops.

Perfect Lake Getaway

The property is well stocked and well maintained, with everything you could imagine for an adventure at the lake. The owners have a variety of outdoor activities including yard games, grill, kayaks and paddle board, lily Pad float, fire pit and more. We loved sitting in the lawn and listening to the birds in the morning and playing outside all day. Great place and great hosts.

Great rental and great host

We loved our 2 week winter stay at Greg's home. It was clean and designed very pleasantly. Greg made sure we had any question answered quickly even how to get the TV to pull up the Super Bowl game! There was great care in providing the small things like some spices and condiments as well as necessities like hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels, kitchen storage bags etc to get you started. The view was nice and we look forward to returning in warmer weather to experience getting on the water. Thank you Greg! Paul and Nancy
