They have updated the rooms, and it looks nice….HOWEVER, the breakfast is crap compared to what it used to be! AND A $200 deposit for incidentals was more than the room rate!! And, 3 days later, they still have my money! Go to Fairfield instead! The deposit is only $20, the room is bigger, bed is bigger and more comfortable, the accommodations are superior in every regard, and that includes breakfast! Sorry comfort inn, but when you have to pay $500 to stay two nights in Gastonia, there’s a problem!!
