We've been to this property several times, this time the hotel was a little more run down looking. The room was clean, but the stairs, elevator and common areas needed cleaning, vacuuming, mopping etc. One elevator was not working for the 3 days we were there. There were broken pieces of the wall in the elevator and the floor had food or spill marks all over it. The breakfast area was not as clean as in the past and they still don't have any gluten free options such as bread or cereal. I could have the eggs and sausage however. The over all feel was a bit unkept. The staff was excellent, friendly, check in and out was easy.

The property overall was not bad. Our room was next to the elevator and you could hear it at night. The sofa in our room was not comfortable to sit on cushions were sunk in.

They literally called the cops on my son and I for king bedsheets and I’m not joking, I am being very literal when I say this. I’m so disgusted with the individual that “manages” this location. Little backstory: I’m having a kidney transplant and couldn’t move well and we needed to change the sheets (keep in mind, our room was never serviced for a week. We took our own trash, we cleaned our room, we took the towels out and blankets and sheets, they did nothing)… but when I asked for something as small as king sheets for my son to get he would not send sheets up or have my adult kid come down and get them who’s 19 years old for whatever reason. He wanted the sheets off my bed first before he would give us sheets. As any normal guest would do, or so I would imagine one would do, I called down there asking politely to get the sheets priso he called 911 and the cops came because I requested sheets before I took the sheets off the bed because I was sick and laying in bed. Make it make sense and also while I was there, he called the cops another I say six times on other individuals at that hotel for various reasons per one of the staff members there And my son overheard him at one point calling the cops over somebody else. I don’t know what his deal is or if he’s a mental case, but I wouldn’t recommend staying there. I have no history of breaking the law so calling the law over bedsheets just seems psychotic And unprofessional and he doesn’t need to be running anything he’s crazy.

Good value

The hotel was located adjacent to the freeway and so there is freeway noise which can be mostly abated by the air conditioner fan. The room was better appointed and larger than most of the similarly priced rooms in the market we have stayed in. The breakfast was better than other similarly priced placed hotels that only offer waffles or cereal. All in all I would return

The staff at this hotel were very friendly. The hotel was located in a decent location in terms of restaurants and shops. I stayed on the first floor since I had a dog. There was a large stain on the carpet, which was quite unpleasant. I speculate it was dog vomit from a previous guest. I was disappointed to discover that there was no hair dryer and that there was only one clothing hanger in the closet. Overall, the dog-friendly room could be cleaner. The breakfast was basic. Unfortunately, the hot items were room temperature, which made them less appetizing. Overall, the hotel was fine and the staff were friendly.
