This was my second stay at this house. While the house is still beautiful with comfortable beds and furniture, I had two negative experiences with the property management company that would lead me not to stay here again unfortunately. There is an issue with water quality from the well water there that I had to test as a follow up due to a health issue that occurred the last time I stayed there. Even when I showed them the test showing the well water was officially unsafe per the World Health Organization guidelines and provided the proof of 3 types of bacteria growing, the property management company did not send a professional out to check it or treat the well water. Additionally, there was an issue with the toilet that they tried to charge me 840 for the repair the day after it was corrected. I did not even know what the estimate to repair it would be before it was completed or that they would try to charge me when the issue was not my fault in the first place. There is no guest book for things like the thermostat, emergency phone numbers, no flashlight for power outages, and I had to request the checkout procedures. Don't know if the owner is aware or these issues or not, but would not rent from this property management company again unfortunately. They do reply quickly, but did not address real issues appropriately. Which is a shame because the place is lovely.
