My experience was good except for the three times someone tried to open my door and the inconvenience of having to have my card key reprogrammed each night.

Desk for no reason. Despite my plea to even pay an extra money, the hotel rejected me as they told me to contact Expedia for my refund and clarification. It was a terrible experience as I got to the hotel 12am and had no place to sleep as a stranger. The explicit and implicit cost of this experience canât be quantified. Expedia need to do better with this. It cost me an extra $350 to get a place to sleep and get a good sleep this night
It's affordable, but they told me online, I'd have to pay an extra $40 just to check in early when there are rooms already available but I get there and see they're charging people an extra $20 to check in early. I waited in the lobby until almost 3 to be able to check in. So many people swarm in trying to scrape together money to get a room. It's just one of those environments that feels like a bad neighborhood. Doesn't feel the safest. A car crashed through the fence when I was there. Just lots of people hanging around there and loud, all in the parking lot and property. You don't have to pay a deposit if you get a smoking room, which is backwards to me, but it gave me a roof over my head and what I needed for my stay.
The place was terrible.People smoking in the hallways by our room. The smell of the place was really unfriendly. Not a chance for my son and I to ever go to that place again.
Arrived at the property around 7:30 pm. The main lobby was locked and had to go into a small area and talk through a glass to the desk clerk. The area reeked of smoke and who knows what else. The exterior reeked of marijuana and was filthy. The room was clean but did not want to use the bathtub as it was a little sketchy. Would not stay here again.
I had early flight from CLT, so booked this place. Rooms floor looks like never been clean. TV and room phone was not working. During check out, i share with hotel staff, looks like he dont care.
I reserved a non-smoking room, but upon arrival, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional $50 for it. The odor in the room was unbearable, and the power went out every day.
Overwhelming smell of toxic laundry detergent everywhere. No lobby. Strangest Checkin ever. Convenient location for airport. Broken microwave. Nice staff tho.... good luck with the rest.
