I was somewhat disappointed because i choose this hotel for the swimming pool for birthday gift for my granddaughter and when i came they told me it wasnt working since it was damage so it was a big disappointment for me but more for my granddaughter that this was supposed to be her birthday trip.

Parking not great

Paid parking area was awful. Homeless person in stairwell with trash everywhere. Parking spot was not available later in evening. Room was comfortable but air conditioner made sound all night.

Overall the stay was good. The staff were probably the best part. Super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately for us, we only chose that hotel because of the indoor pool but when we got there it was closed for repair. Not the staffs fault but I would have like that to be sent an email prior to arrival. The kids were disappointed. Cleanliness was ok. One of our rooms was fine but the other wasn’t even cleaned. We had to have the staff come back and clean so we all squeezed into one room for awhile while it was being cleaned.

Nice, easy and clean!

I spent the weekend visiting my son to watch some baseball. It was a straight shot to Truist Field and an easy walk. The staff was so kind and helpful. It was comfortable, spacious, clean and an easy check in and out. The pool was closed but I was aware before booking.

I called the hotel before I ever booked the room to make sure the swimming pool was working. When I got there they said they just started construction 3 days ago. That upset me because I was assured the pool would be working when I arrived. Another complaint (hotels.com you need to make sure we the customer knows that we will be paying extra to park our vehicle. If I would have known I was going to have to pay extra to park the car rental I would have never stayed at that hotel)

I liked how it was uptown and was the center of everything in Charlotte. The hotel room was very clean. I did not like the parking. It was very hard to find parking in the garage.
