The room was great. Everything was great. Except hotels.com. I will never use them again. I suspect they are a fraudulent organization. I got their day late and they tried to just take my money. No way to contact them. No way to communicate. They are a horrible website

Honestly from the moment we walked in the door and were greeted till our breakfast and check out. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Our check attendant was so kind (give her a raise!!!she was so efficient and wonderful) and gave us 3 bottles of water and had just made fresh coffee. After getting our info room and settled we had some of that coffee and it was one of the best cups of coffee I ever had. The room was spotless, the generous 4 pillows on each bed were so soft !!! and both the pillows and the bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was the cleanest shower I have ever used in a hotel in my 52 years of traveling (other than my Disney cruise) and that’s pretty outstanding. The shower gel and wash were great and towels up to par. The breakfast included so much variety. We chose warm oatmeal with brown sugar, & cranberries. Scrambled egg, sausage and potatoes. All delish! Fresh juices. And more great coffee. Great selection. We will be staying here again for sure when traveling through Charlotte. Thank you so much for a great stay. It’s hard to find a hotel that checks all the boxes these days!!! My only one request if I had to say one would be I disliked the sliding door on the bathroom. Was a bit heavy and loud. 😊👍👍👍👍👍

I forgot about the airport shuttle and took an uber. May be good idea to post signage at front desk of shuttle availability. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful.
