We live locally but stayed uptown to enjoy a Charlotte Knights game. This hotel was fabulous! The room was huge, clean, and had a great view. Walking distance to Truist Field, Spectrum Center, and so much more. The staff was also lovely. Breakfast was also well stocked with lost of options. The only small issue is how long it took to get the car from valet as we followed the directions told to us by texting a particular number. After 20 minutes, my son inquired and he was told it is so busy on the weekend that they don't have time to "check the system" so it's best to just tell them when you need your car. This should have simply been communicated

We've stayed here several times and it is our favorite in Charlotte. Quiet, great breakfast and very clean. We love the bar and lounge area. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Can't wait to go back!

The Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful about the surrounding area for dining. Plus, the buffet breakfast was top notch. Because one has to catch the elevator to check-in, it felt strange but gave one an extra feeling of safe. And it neat the convention center and other major event sites.

The hotel staff kindly sent us an email before our stay with clear instructions that made finding the valet a breeze. Everyone we encountered was extremely kind and helpful. We were given a large, gorgeous room that was even better than we anticipated. The breakfast was also delicious. A 10 out of 10 stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

A pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks. The hotel offers a good range of average amenities, including a decent pool and a functional fitness center. However, the room decor feels a bit dated and could definitely benefit from a modern refresh. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, it's a solid choice for a short trip, but don't expect a luxury experience.
