We waited 20 minutes for food to be replenished. Staff was walking around the food but not even replenishing it. I had to make the staff and front desk aware of the situation.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will stay at this hotel the next time I am in Charlotte, NC. Amazing experience! Beautiful hotel with beautiful views of the city. Great location. The rooftop restaurant is delicious and very scenic. The AC restaurant was good to go to for some late night food and a night cap. Their breakfast had plenty of options and that really means a lot because I am very limited with a special diet that I have to abide by.
