Great location

The check in was easy. The room was clean. The air conditioning unit didn’t work but the room was a good temperature so I didn’t bother complaining. The location was great for my needs.

I DID NOT EVEN STAY AT THIS PROPERTY THAT I BOOKED AND PAID FOR BECAUSE THE MINUTE I WALKED IN I WAS DISRESPECTFULLY GREETED WITH WE DON’T HAVE EARLY CHECK IN SO IF YOU ARE HERE FOR THAT COMEBACK WHEN IT IS CHECK IN TIME. NOT A WELCOME, NOT A HELLO, NOT HOW MAY I ASSIST YOU, OR ANY PROFESSIONAL GREETING. I WAS STILL 10 FT AWAY FROM THE DESK WHILE THIS HAPPENED. DURING THE BRIEF RUDE DISRESPECTFUL CONVERSATION IT WAS SAID THAT I SHOULD KNOW WHAT THE CHECK IN TIMES AS STATED IN YOUR BOOKING. WELL I DID READ THAT AND I DID KNOW WHAT TIME CHECK IN TIME IS BUT MANY PLACES ALLOW YOU TO CHECK IN EARLY OR PAY A FEE TO DO SO. WELL I DIDN’T HAVE ANYWHERE TO JUST GO HANGOUT FOR 3 HOURS BEING MY CHILDREN AND I TRAVELED FOR OVER 3 HOURS TO GO TO A SHOW THAT EARLY PARKING STARTED BEFORE THEIR CHECK IN TIME. I ASKED IF THE AMENITIES SUCH AS THE POOL COULD BE UTILIZED LIKE MANY PLACES AND THE RESPONSE WAS NO YOU CAN USE THEM AFTER CHECK IN. DUE TO LIMITED SPACE FOR THIS REVIEW THIS IS JUST PART OF IT AND THE REST WILL BE SENT TO THE BBB CORPORATE AND ANYWHERE ELSE AVAILABLE TO FILE A COMPLAINT. I DID NOT RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND STAYED AT ANOTHER LOCATION. THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY DUE TO THEIR GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND DISRESPECT WHICH IS AS EXPECTED. I ASKED THE RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR IF THEY HAVE EVER HEARD ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT SONESTA HOTEL AND IT WAS NOT AT ALL. ANOTHER HOTEL SAID THEY ALWAYS HAVE ADS ON INDEED FOR HIRING AND NOW WE SEE WHY. Avoid if possible

We reserved the room for one night while attending a concert. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong mildew odor in the room. The bed sheets were stained, and there were discarded needles and beer bottle in the parking lot, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety.

The hotel was nice enough, but the area was kind of loud. Also, felt a little nickeled and dimed. Parking was $5, which isn’t a big deal, but it would have been nice to be included. Breakfast was kind of sad - just a cart with some pastries wrapped in plastic for $4 apiece. And they didn’t have complimentary coffee.

This visit was not so good First problem was that I reserved a balcony was given a patio the shower didn't work and the tub was not clean My room was switched but the ac on the new room was stick on 68 the control panel on the wall would not let us change the settings
