I stayed here with my father, and so we used both bedrooms. There is a single bathroom, two bedrooms (a king and two twins), a very comfortable livingroom/dining area, and a small kitchen. There is also a screened porch, off-street parking, laundry in unit, and basically, it's quite nice. The building dates back to the 1930s and the neighborhood is very walkable and cute. It's about a mile from the rapid transit line, or there is a nearby bus. Very convenient to uptown locations such as the convention center, football arena, etc.
The proprieter stocked some items of convenience that we took advantage of -- a bottle or two of wine, some snacks, fruit, orange juice, coffee, plus some items to make a basic cocktail. We really appreciated this.
I would very much recommend staying here.
