We were in town to go to the Whitewater Center and this home checked all the boxes. Walkable to uptown for after our excursion. Large enough for 7 adults and the property manager was quick to respond, even allowed us early access and provided parking passes. Highly recommend and will return.
Our family of 7 had a great time at this house. Beds were very comfortable. Great downtown location. Very quiet at night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Charlotte.
Property was in a very quiet nice neighborhood and very close to downtown. I gave communication w/property manager 4 stars only because there was a small lack of communication bewteen Alexis and myself for early check in which was resolved , but a 1/2 hr. before normal check in. Alexis however was very nice and offered great options for early check in which a lot of places don't so i appreciated it. Home was clean, it was a older home but furnished with modern furniture. There were 4 bed rooms and 2.5 bath rooms. 1 full bath in the master room and 1 full bath connected to another room with 2 way entrance connected to the hallway. Half bath was located in the living room area. The full bathrooms are not centralized for all guests so comfortability is something to consider when sharing the bathrooms. Backyard was nice and clean. Washer and dryer worked and were luxury style. There are no TVs in any of the bedrooms which i didnt see mentioned but there is a huge flat screen located in the lving room which is nice and there were a few games there as well. Over all we didn't run into any issues during our stay. Shower pressure wasn't super strong but not week. The front door is mostly glass with no covering which we were nerous about but that could just be were we are from lol. Jason was very nice and cool enough to notifiy us about parking so we didn't get towed and beds were pretty comfortable. So again over all great stay.
My family stayed in Charlotte, NC for a cousin's wedding. The VRBO was very clean and comfy. The photos of the property were very accurate and we loved the park down the street. Our host was very responsive and check-in/check-out was very easy. For the pet lovers, the neighbor's cat, Jerry was a welcome visitor. He would visit every day for pets and cuddles. He was at home chilling on the front porch and welcoming us home after a day of sightseeing. While we did not walk to the downtown areas, it seemed very doable. Everything was within an easy 5-15min drive. The area was very safe and quiet despite being in the heart of the city. There was a train that would blow its horn in the distance around 1-2am, so light sleepers may wake up. But it's not enough to discourage anyone from staying at the property. The only thing we would recommend is a railing for the stairs coming up to the front porch. The more mature ladies (60-70's) took the stairs very gingerly in fear of taking a tumble, especially with hands full dealing with groceries and luggage. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would definitely visit again!
This house was in a perfect location for our group. Owners were very good at communication and were super nice. House was as described and clean. We really enjoyed this house, front porch, backyard and visits from neighborhood cat. We would stay again!!
We came to Charlotte as a family, of which there were four runners that participated in the half-marathon, so the location of the house was perfect for the occasion. We all loved the neighborhood and we walked everywhere.
The house was perfect for our family of seven adults and one child!!!
This house was perfect for our group of adults. Super comfy, spacious, and in the perfect location for the stadium. The hostâs communication it A++++ and the home is lovely. Would definitely stay again!
