Larry at front desk was friendly and welcoming. Now, when I enter room there was dirty towels and wash cloth still in bathroom. The housekeeper staff wasn’t friendly nor did they explain that I needed to ask for wash cloth and towel everyday or request to have trash removed from room. Upon, my checkout I was told that I was suppose to take my trash out. I don’t live there I’m a guest.

It had hairs everywhere on the bed, toilet, in the shower. There was even a bug in the toilet. Might I add that there was a horrible smell in the place. They had no one there to clean it until next morning. So I had to book a different hotel that same day.
