Our room did not have a functioning HVAC. They came to fix it but never communicated with me and nothing improved. I was told that I would be compensated for two uncomfortable nights but haven’t received any proactive communications. Additionally no one has returned my inbound calls. Bad service.

Love this place. Could use some improvement on check in (took way too long), pillows (need some feather or more comfortable option) the ones on our bed were very uncomfortable. Offer breakfast off of a menu on one of the weekend days vs. mediocre Buffet.

I have always loved the Boar’s Head. However, I stayed in the main hotel for the first time for two nights and the walls are simply not sound proof. The room was beautiful and immaculate. But, the first night, I was awoken at 3am by a woman on her phone in the next room. She then was on her phone again at 6:30am and woke me up a second time. I complained to the front desk and they said she had checked out. The second night I was there, there were people talking until about 1:30am in the next room and I could hear everything.
