Located in Châteaudun, a charming medieval town in the southern Eure-et-Loir region, Le Saint-Martin welcomes you to a peaceful setting on the edge of town and countryside. This cottage, opposite the owners' house, housed in a former farmhouse, is the ideal place to recharge your batteries while remaining close to the region's main tourist attractions.
Just 1.5 km from Châteaudun town center, you can visit its majestic castle overlooking the Loir, stroll through the ancient streets, or discover the Foulon Caves. Just 500 meters away, you'll find the Dunois Equestrian Center.
Looking for a getaway? Chartres and its famous Gothic cathedral are only 50 km away, Blois and the Loire Valley châteaux are 60 km away, and Orléans is also 60 km away. Hiking, fishing, and cycling enthusiasts will also find numerous trails and nature spots nearby. The Saint-Martin cottage, with its own private entrance, offers all the comforts you need for a stay with family or friends.
On the ground floor, you will find:
A functional kitchen area, a 30 m² double-height living room with a sofa bed, a wood-burning stove, a TV outlet and Wi-Fi access, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a toilet.

1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),
1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a crib.
