It is located in a residential area, in the heart of a charming village called Châteauneuf le Rouge in Provence in the Bouches du Rhône department, approximately 12 km from Aix-en-Provence



You will stay on the first floor of the villa, about 3 km from the village center.

You can enjoy the proximity of shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store, ...) but also close to many activities: tennis, horseback riding, golf.

You will be able to combine the pleasures of the city with those of the countryside and the sea (45 km). The nearest towns are: Aix-en-Provence (12 km), Saint Maximin (12 km), Marseille (25 km), and Cassis (45 km).



EXTERIOR



This holiday rental with a swimming pool near Aix-en-Provence has a wooded and enclosed plot of 2,650 m².

You can enjoy a private swimming pool fully secured by barriers, with access via a ladder, in service from 15 May to the end of September depending on the weather: dimensions (5x10 m) depth 1.60 m, equipped with sun loungers and a children's play area, as well as a pétanque court.

You can enjoy the sun on a private terrace (25 m²), fully south-facing with very pleasant garden furniture.

The house is accessed via a lane and a closed courtyard for parking vehicles.

This holiday rental with a swimming pool, located near Aix-en-Provence, occupies the entire first floor of the house, with the owners residing on the ground floor.

Dani and Alain Were Hosts from Heaven

My family consisting of myself, my husband, son, daugther-in-law and grandson aged 2 stayed from the 6 September until the 3rd October with our little dog Kuro. We also had my teenage sons stay for 5 days while we were in Bordeaux. As we were following South Africa during the qualifying rounds of the world cup which entailed alotnof travelling. Alain was so helpful giving us advice and lifts where needed. He helped to get us an appointment with the vet to get our dog home. The apartment was spacious and homely and the swimming pool was a godsend. Thank you, merci beaucoup Alan, Deborah, Trevenan, Wen, Milo

At close proximity to the beautiful city of Aix-en-Provence, the property with all commodities including a large swimming pool is impeccably kept. With all modern comforts, the property provides an opportunity for feeling at home in an exclusive Provencal environment. Très bien situé , calme paisible pour des vacances farniente . Décors magnifiques . Piscine impeccable , propre , hôte très sympathique, très accueillant et disponible . Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est bien équipée et la piscine est un grand atout. Nos enfants y ont passé des heures et nous aussi. Un très beau séjour avec une super piscine !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la résidence. Les propriétaires étaient discrets et très accueillants. La piscine indispensable et tellement agréable ! Nous étions 6 mais on avait de la place pour tous. Et les alentours à visiter sont magnifiques, il faudra que l'on revienne car avec cette canicule nous n'avons pas pu bouger autant que l'on aurait aimé !
