If I could rate this hotel, it would be 4.5 / 5 stars, the stay was comfortable but I feel like it was missing a few things. The breakfast area needs improving, unless you only want a waffle, some half cooked bacon and potatoes. It didn’t feel like we had alot of privacy because you can hear everything outside in the halls. The TVs are on a directTV box to where if you watch something the audio is so quiet, but when an ad comes along it is way too loud to where I was afraid of waking up neighboring rooms. Just put a Roku on there or something. There’s just a lot of little things that I wish could be addressed

I loved my stay here at LaQuinta. The room was great. Staff was super friendly. A great location in downtown Chattanooga. The only reason I couldn’t give them 5 stars is because of parking. The $22 valet parking for it to be a small parking where I honestly could have parked my own car seemed odd and excessive. I did not mind the parking fee, it just seemed over priced when I paid to park on the street and spent way less.

Great place

The hotel was in a great location downtown and parking is free unless you want to use the valet service. The hotel was clean and breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again, especially if you have a pet.

The hotel charges valet parking fee ($25.19) for self-parking - I did not have any valet parking service. I never got this kind of parking fees before for the similar level of hotels across the U.S. The hotel staff are not polite, and not reasonable to guest's concerns. When you make reservation, the hotel's parking policy in the website tends to deceive travelers.
