Good things - the water is nice and hot. The queen beds were comfy. Bad things -There were stains on the sofa mattress, stains on walls. Sofa bed mattress was very springy, needs replaced. The floor by the window was soft, needs fixed. It would be better if the queen beds were closer to the door side of the room and sofa bed was closer to the window side for safety reasons.

Rooms were not very clean, hallway smelled like dog pee. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and old. staff closed the pool early one night, was told by one person it was to sanitize and by a different person it was cause of laundry. Neither made sense for why they needed to close it early. The pool was one of the reasons why we chose there was to have an indoor pool for our children. They didn’t have any extra pillows for the couch bed. The couch bed We pulled out was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was good and the lobby was really nice.

Our stay was great. We had 0 issues from the start to end. Breakfast options were great with different options for my family needs. I would 100% recommend this hotel keep up its great qualities to stay at the top of our list if we have to come back in the future.

Everything was great except 2 details. The lighting in the room was to fluorescent. Hard to find a parking spot later in the evening. Other than that, it was safe, comfy and the staff was nice and accommodating. Very clean.

Not Up to LaQuinta Standards

As a business traveler, I frequently stay at LaQuinta hotels because they are typically clean, comfortable, and provide nice furnishings. This one - not so much! The desk agent was watching TV in the lounge area and acted put out like she was doing me a favor at check-in. The furnishings (bed, dressers, desk, etc., were tired and worn. One of the bedside lights did not work. And while I cannot say the room was dirty, it was not up to the standards of cleanliness I experience at most other LaQuintas. Bottom line - It was ABSOLUTELY NOT a $158.47/night hotel!!! The next time I have business in Chattanooga, I will be seeking different accommodations!

I’ve stayed here many times. The check-in staff have always been welcoming and helpful. Prior to my last stay, accommodations were satisfactory. Upon the last stay, The property appears to be declining: no lights in parking lot (2 of 4 nights) & a roach in the bathroom.

Disappointed

Maids knock on door so early, then they don’t come back later to clean your room even if you ask them too. They put in the computer that they cleaned the room and clearly didn’t touch it.
