They could have easily gotten a 5. Skybox breakfast was excellent, room was great, location outstanding. Issue was towels, 4 day stay for two and only got two towels. No bath mat so super slippery. We were hiking and it was rainy so multiple showers. Called number and towels never showed up. Thankfully saw the girl onsite and she brought two towels.

The place is very cute and is the perfect romantic getaway, great jacouzzi. The bed was comfortable but the pillows that are intended for sleep appear to be decorative pillows. They were extremely uncomfortable and my boyfriend and I were not able to get a good nights sleep. Please get new pillows for future guests

Room was clean breakfast was good. It was a quiet place to stay. You can hear the traffic but they provided a noise machine to sleep with so we didn’t notice any traffic noise at night. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was beautiful & really well appointed. The balcony view was beautiful. And the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. We had some trouble getting into our room upon arrival but we got a super quick response and were able to get it worked out. We will absolutely stay here again!

Nice little cozy place. Really close to ruby falls which was why we chose this place. Rooms are nice. The bed was really comfortable. Quite place away from traffic noise but close to downtown.

Rooms are very nice. Spacious bathroom and sitting area. Great view of the Tennessee River. You are literally a walk away from Ruby Falls. The Inn is on Lookout mountain. Great place for families to rent out and have it to themselves. Only 10 rooms, so get to staying. Each room has a bed, sitting area, small fridge/freezer, coffee maker and large screen TV.

Expedia should no allow this property to come up in the hotels section. It is managed like an Airbnb. Expedia confirmed my booking on the app. They did not mention check is via email. I got to the property without any way to check in. Resulted in having to book another real hotel with real staff. Good luck getting a refund. I was supposed to have called a phone number which I didn't have. What a bother.

Very quaint cabin on the side of Lookout Mountain. Location to town was perfect (3 mins to the store). We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Chattanooga!
