Enjoyed our stay..as described.. Brad was excellent and prompt to work with. TV in bedroom would be plus.. but not that big a deal!Overall..we will book again our next trip to Chattanooga came for the 7 Bridges Marathon..

Great place in a great location that is close enough to the attractions to take a break during the day or unwind at the end of the day. The kids loved the couch bed with the pull out trundle bed at night for watching movies.

We had a good overall experience at this place. Mattress in bedroom not my favorite, maybe needs box springs on bed. Location was good. This place was clean and had everything we needed.

Great location

We had a great time! I think this was the cleanest vacation rental we’ve had! Only thing we didn’t prepare for was that there wasn’t a door on the bedroom to keep our toddler from roaming around at night, but we grabbed a cheap baby gate and that did the trick. Overall, a great experience and great location being just outside of downtown!

Wonderful CHA North Shore Stay!

This charming little apartment feels like a welcoming home. From tasteful decor to a great kitchenette, the property was a wonderful short stay for our wedding anniversary trip! Brad and his wife did an awesome job of making the sleeping area quiet with a noise machine and soundproofing, so road noise at night was kept to a minimum. The shower was just like what I would want in my home, and I took some notes for a remodel. Brad was both responsive and friendly! If you want simple, healthy meals, Vibrant Meals is a short walk down the street, and we were glad we discovered it! We cooked a meal from there in the electric skillet and it was a perfect dinner. Would highly recommend!

Christmas weekend

The house was super adorable and very very clean. It was so much bigger than I was expecting. It was perfect for my husband who cannot stay at my mom’s house due to cat allergies. It was a great location to north shore side of Chattanooga and close to everything downtown. Lots of food nearby and fun postings for those looking to explore around Chattanooga. The rental was spacious and had everything you could need for a good weekend getaway. My husband slept on the bed in the living room so he could watch that TV and said it slept really well. The shower was great and really spacious as well. The property manager communicating excellently and got me all the information ahead of time and was easy to talk to about early check in and what was available. Would highly recommend any family and friends to stay here when coming to Chattanooga!

Uniquely different

The apartments/bed-and-breakfast was located, and a beautiful old brick building close to UTC and downtown Chattanooga on the side of a ridge. A large space that was homey and relaxing.

Perfect for a weekend

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and calming. The kitchen was small, but as I was only staying there while bopping out to do things, it was not an issue. The bed was very comfortable, and the addition of the white noise machine made it hard to get up in the morning 😆 The place was great. I would highly recommend it for single or couples.

It was very clean, spacious in a safe neighborhood. With an hiking path very close by that we took advantage of. Location is in a nice neighborhood with a great pizza place with in a block.

What a gem!

We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. Brad was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The only down side was the late night traffic from the road outside, if you are a light sleeper you might want to have your white noise on. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay,
