Quick drive to downtown but close enough to restaurants nearby to walk to. Perfect home for girls weekend getaway. Host was great and stayed on top of things. Check in and check out was easy. Love that the bedrooms have a noise machine.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with a professional touch that made it feel both stylish and inviting. The beds were extremely comfortable.One of our favorite surprises was the vinyl record player — such a fun, nostalgic touch that made the evenings extra cozy. The four bikes included with the rental were a huge bonus and made getting around the area easy without the hassle of parking.Overall, this was the perfect weekend rental. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, place to unwind.

Very clean and well decorated condo. Upscale decor. l loved the furnishings. This place was an oasis for us after walking the city and exploring Lookout Mountain. It was quiet inside even though located near a busy street. It is conveniently located to Lookout Mtn (10 min) and walkable to Main St (restaurants) and walkable to the train station to catch a free shuttle for Southside locations or to North Shore. Kitchen had all we needed to cook/dine; bedrooms each had private bath (nice) with abundant towels. The view from the balconies wasn't great (city streets/parking lot) but we enjoyed them anyway and knew we could enter "the oasis" when we wanted quiet from the city streets. Overall, a nice place to stay. Owners were very helpful with info and checking that all was ok.

This cute little downtown story is accurate. We walked everywhere, coffee in the morning, lunch, shopping and dinner all within walking distance. Cute two master bedroom on top, stylish hangout living space and kitchen. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels. Would definitely stay here again.

The hosts are very responsive and eager to help facilitate a successful stay at their property. The home is very inviting and has all the amenities I can imagine needing. When I mentioned a concern about having expensive music equipment in our car, the hosts offered parking in the garage which was a great help. Two things to keep in mind - Broad Street is very noisy at night and I needed ear plugs. Also, there is a street light directly outside the bedrooms the the current blinds and curtains cannot blackout. I mentioned this to the hosts and they are looking at addressing this issue. Like I said - the hosts are very helpful!! We definitely enjoyed our stay - it's a really great location within walking or biking distance of most things you could want to do in Chattanooga!

Great Location

The location was excellent we were able to get around Chattanooga easily. We did not take advantage of the bikes as the weather was a little unpredictable. The beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed.The hosts were especially accommodating making sure we were settled comfortably. Plus they had a record player and a GREAT album selection!! 10/10!

Great Getaway

We loved our stay here! Very clean (minor issue that was communicated, but just an oversight), very bright and open floor plan. You are looking into a business parking lot but no big deal. Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, and close drive to downtown. We truly loved our stay here and would not hesitate to book it again. We loved Chattanooga...even with all the rain. We loved this place. It was so close to downtown and had a garage for parking that we loved. It was us 3 ladies and the garage made us feel safe plus didn't have to pay for parking. We also loved the record player and records. Beds were comfy and showers had great water pressure.

Perfect girls weekend!

I stayed here with a couple of girlfriends for a quick mom’s getaway and we will certainly come back! Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, liquor/wine store…so convenient and the home itself was so clean and comfortable. Excellent communication. Incredible Experience

Been to many vacation locations and this was the best yet. The owner/property manager was a great communicator-timely and thorough. The accommodations were up and above expected-it was super clean, incredibly inviting, easy to get to, great parking, perfect location for navigating to places we wanted to visit in Chattanooga. I went biking everyday (had my own e-bike, but 4 bikes were provided if needed). We took a riverboat ride, went to tow truck museum and played unlimited pinball. Everything just a short distance away including a fantastic coffee shop in easy walking distance. We loved it and will gladly recommend to others as well as stay ourselves should we come back. Thanks for the hospitality!!
