We meet relatives here for the first time. We really enjoyed the hotel. It reminded us of the Queen Mary Ship we stayed at in Cal. The furinshings were of a different era but updated. Lots to do within walking distance with top resturants. We ate at Henna Steak House and we highly recommend. The staff were very attentive to our needs.. We'll be back.

I stayed in the hotel with my GF for the night after a concert at the signal. BEST DECISION! It’s located near places to eat, and if you go see a concert you can just walk right across the parking lot to your room. No need to worry about parking. Only issue with the room was the shower curtain in our double room was not long enough and some water got on the floor as we showered. That was the only issue. GF and I will say again. By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at!

Super convenient, walkable area. We loved exploring around the grounds with the old train cars and getting snacks at The Caboose by the pool. The room was exceptionally clean. Will definitely stay here again when I’m Chattanooga.

It was a very tranquil place but nearby many options for nightlife and shops. The only down side is I received a parking ticket when I was parked where I was told I would not with a hotel tag on my rear view mirror

The staff was very friendly and had great customer service. The set was amazing, the room was very clean but it had funny smell, not stinky or dirty just needs fresh air or more ventilation to come through. Also the room dose not have a microwave so if you bring food back to the room might have to check with front desk to warm it up. Also the train car does not provide good outside noise cancellation as we could hear other families early in the morning playing an hitting the outside of train car. But over all I would rate the room an experience a 8/10 it was my birthday weekend an we dined at Henne and went to Rock City.
