This was our first stay at a Towneplace and I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly, the gym was small but much better than the average hotel, the rooms were very clean and I was very happy to see that the kitchen was fully stocked usable. We didn't call for any toiletries, but there was a sign saying that they'd be happy to accommodate if you forgot anything. Honestly I was very impressed with how the hotel seems to cater to individuals with pets. There are many details throughout the hotel and and room that made me feel like they really care about your stay.

Front desk staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Very comfortable mattresses. Parking lot and area around hotel is open and well maintained - feels safer than some other nearby hotels. Minor issues - AC fan should have constant on function to stabilize room temperature a little better and hotel allowed cargo truck and vehicles with trailers to park in the main parking lot which made parking a little more difficult than it should’ve been.
