Dirty, cold and unsafe hotel with dishonest owner.
Started with the false information from the owner. My mum is 80 years old and cannot take many stairs. I specifically contacted the owner and asked if the room is on the ground floor, he said yes!yes! In reality she had to climb 3 blocks of stairsâŠ
Then he didnât even check our passports (itâs a mandatory in Morocco) and demanded extra cash for an âupgradeâ.
Then apartment was extremely dirty, even the toilet was dirty. And very cold! We asked for an extra heater and owner said itâs warm enough. We had to crowd in one small room which was more or less heated and spent a horrible night there, woken up all with the flu symptoms.
When I called him again later to let him know that we are not staying for another night and asked for the refund - he said itâs impossible with Expedia booking). He came to convince us that it was very hot - he was saying it to 3 ladies sitting there fully dressed with a blankets on top of usâŠ
