Had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was so cute, the location couldnât be any better and the guy in the reception was the best! One of the best hotel experiences Iâve had, highly recommend!
I stayed here for 6 days with a friend. The property is beautiful, the terrace has great views and the staff is top notch. I cannot stress how well we were treated by the front desk. Amazing people. They treated us like family. I will always recommend this place to anyone visiting the majestic city of chefchaouen.
This place is very basic but has everything you need. It is located in the heart of the beautiful old town. Really easy to get to restaurants and to sightsee. It's a bit noisy during the day with activities and tourists but very quest at night. I loved waking up in the center of the blue city! The manager and staff were super friendly. Really loved it.
Amazing city. The hotel has a terrace on the roof with the 360° view. Location is great. Not noisy. Nice view from the window. Plenty of restaurants and cafes at your feet.
We stayed in a triple room with bathroom inside. Truly, itâs a nice cute simple place with a lot of character. Itâs located right at the Medina but is easy to find. We got very nice mint tea from the staff and had a beautiful time at the terrace. Highly recommend.
Great stay.
Excellent service. Polite and courteous. Helpful too. Plenty of smiles from everyone.
Would highly recommend.
Roof top patio had beautuful view.
Great location close to the square for taxi and shopping access. Rooms were typical for a riad/hotel but it was not insulated. We came in May and nights were very cold. Other than that, stay was good. Ridhwan the manager was very accommodating as well.
Les points forts : Personnel et service et confort de la chambre
No frills in the Medina
A no frills hotel in the heart of the Medina. The kid that ran the place was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable, we had plenty of blankets. It could be cleaner and we had to ask for towels, which may have just been someoneâs personal towels, not your typical white guest towels, the hotel had a nice rooftop terrace we quite enjoyed. For the price, itâs worth it
It was cold and rainy and there was no heating. The bathroom was freezing and the room was bitterly cold but luckily there were a lot of blankets on the bed. The staff were more or less sympathique but said that there was nothing they could do. A radiator on the wall would be a good idea. The bathtowels looked like they were someone's old beachtowel. Very basic accomodation but ok for one night and for the price. Good location though.
First the good: the staff is excellent, friendly and welcoming. The location is also excellent.
The bad: the rooms are really, really small, the toilet and bathroom are combined in one in which you can't shower without turning the toilet into a pool. Alright, the hotel is cheap so I can certainly forgive this.
The real problem is the noise and the light coming through the window above the door are a nightmare. Both must be dealt with by the owners.
Then the bed. I didn't like it; the bedding should be washed more often (I think the sheets were clean but the duvet clearly wasn't).
Overall, I decided to stay 1 rather than 2 nights and move to a modern hotel.
