Food on property was actually excellent. Toilet in room wouldn’t flush. Room was clean and quiet. Liked the fitness room and skygarden a lot. Very nice looking hotel. The mirrors in the corridor were a bit dizzying but I’m sure that appeals to some stylistically.

We love this place for a long layover. The hotel is beautiful with great bed. An easy and quick train ride away from the airport followed by a 5-10 minute walk through the conference center, or take the shuttle. AirPort Express train will take you to Hong Kong Station or Kowloon for spectacular dining. Staff is professional, efficient, and friendly.

Had a 15 hour layover in HKG airport. This hotel worked out really well. Although the check in time is 3pm, they do provide the room earlier if available. The room was quiet and clean. The dining options are quite decent. Their coach service to and from the airport is frequent and convenient. We would stay here again on our next long layover in HKG.

Love that there is a shuttle to and from the airport. NOTE this is not the hotel connected to the airport. Beautiful rooms, my showerhead in my room was not functioning well was the only downfall. Overall I would stay again.
