Nice staff

Nice staff, underground parking very awkward and not really suitable for a large car. Beds weren’t the best as the mattress dipped in the middle, the sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. But other than that it was a good stay with nice staff, good breakfast, nice hotel in a nice location.

Lovely hotel. Staff great. Very disappointed that not made aware at time of booking that there was a wedding which meant no food available to order and parts of hotel not accessible. Room 130 was very noisy and not the best nights sleep.

The rooms are very clean. We stayed in Cheltenham for a wedding so unfortunately didn’t visit the rest of the hotel as we were short of time but it appeared to be very chic

Nice hotel, needs improving

Pretty nice hotel but I was disappointed at little things in the room that didn't work- a lot of switches that didn't activate anything; shower head pointed directly onto the sloped edge of the bath so both me and my partner slipped when trying to shower (yes I know there is a bath mat provided but I also didn't expect to be showering on a hill). Service at breakfast was poor considering it was the last hour of breakfast and there were only two other parties dining. Food was good but service staff spent more time clearing other empty tables than removing our dirty plates that had collected as you would expect during a continental breakfast. And it wasn't like we overstayed our welcome past the 10am end of the breakfast slot.

Nice hotel - breakfast could be better

This is a nice hotel, well placed in a quiet quarter, and close to the shops and eateries of the town, It was clean and the bedroom of a good size. Only complaint was the breakfast where the service was slow and the staff "sullen" (the rest were very helpful and pleasant). The Americano coffee, out of a machine, was pretty tasteless.

It was okay. Air conditioning wasn't working in our room and front desk was great in moving to a junior suite, but that felt tired with creaky floors and doors. Plus music that went on through the night

Great Hotel perfectly situated

Great Boutique style Hotel. We stayed in the spacious signature suite. The room was clean but bed was not great. Shower was fantastic but sink tap flow of water was very poor ( no pressure). Hotel overall is looking a bit tired. Walls and floors could do with a re paint and polish. Staff excellent and breakfast very good.
