No water!

I booked this hotel for my parents. The hotel staff told them that there would be no water from 9pm - 1:30am. My parents thought it was okay and they checked in. After that they noticed that there was already no water then around 5:30. They decided to switch to another hotel because of this. They check out without touching any piece in the room but the hotel refused to refund.

Large and comfort room

The hotel itself is perfect. Very good price with a spacious room, clean bathroom and comfort bed. There is airport transfer and the driver is really nice. I did not book via a Chinese website. There was therefore not smooth when check-out. We opt paying directly to the hotel but need to leave at 5am to catch flights. They charged us a higher price than the price we booked. We had no time to argue with them and settle the bill first but need to go through the refund process.
